Curriculum

The Curriculum is based on CBSE directives and NCERT course. All aspects of academics are taken care of with due emphasis on interactive learning. Theory and Practical are given due importance.

The curriculum is designed to give students an in-depth mastery of the academic disciplines and applied functional areas. The curriculum gives students a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge that facilitates a learning environment where students learn, analyse and apply — rather than merely know. We emphasize on creating a connect between learners’ spiritual, ethical, social, cognitive, mental and physical growth and development, nurturing individuality and thus enhance one’s innate potentials and developing scientific outlook and transformative competences, in order to meet the demands of changing society.

Assignments and PA'S tests are given to pupils, on periodic basis. Pupils are also assessed on their Life skills, Social skills, Non -Scholastic areas like Discipline, Soft skills etc.

Note: Eligibility to write the exam and consequently promotion to the next class etc. is strictly as per the guidelines issued by the CBSE from time to time.

PE and Sports

IPM has always been endeavouring to keep healthy and agile. To help develop confidence, agility, stamina, neuromuscular co-ordination and reduce stress, and identify the sporting talents at a primordial stage and groom the budding sports talent so that they can realize their full potential, IPM provides expert coaching throughout the year. Exposure is given to the upcoming sports stars by providing them the opportunity to play in different tournaments but and competitions at Inter/Intra School State and National Levels. Taekwondo and Karate are taught as a part of self-defence curriculum.

Co-Curricular Activities

Co-curricular activities fuel your learning by stimulating creative thought, improving your social and organizational skills, developing your interests and talents. Examples are moral values, personality progress and character appeal in students. It includes athletics, cultural events, Library activities, science lab activities, classroom activities, creative arts.

Resource Parents

Provides information and education to parents on topics such as child health, parenting, learning, and family activities to help parents be successful. Presents educational materials and support for parents to help them foster confidence, responsibility, and compassion in their children.

Technology

Educational technology is the combined use of computer hardware, software and educational theory and practice to facilitate learning.

Educational technology creates, uses, and manages technological processes and educational resources to help improve user academic performance. The field has been described as a persisting initiative that seeks to bring learners, teachers, and technical means together in an effective way.
